Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a standard purchase, a pre-order or a discounted product. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect payment at checkout, request for your order to be made, then confirm with an email. 
You can cancel a fully paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a change in size for the same product. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. 

standard purchases 

When ordering a standard item you will have 24 hours to cancel your order.

When ordering a product that is currently in stock, you are entitled to a refund for up to 24 hours of you purchasing your product. We will not be held accountable for any damages caused by the company delivering your product as it is out of our control. In the event that your package is damaged or stolen, we may be able to offer you a discount code for a future purchase or a partial refund depending on the damage. This will require proof of damage right out of the packaging.
