Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, pre-order items or any discounted products.

Exchanges
We do not allow exchanges but if we’re emailed within 24 hours of you purchasing a clothing item like hoodies or shirts, there is a chance we will be able to change the size for you.
